Requirements

Documents

  • A copy of the passport for online applications.
    • Passport must be valid for at least 3 months after you plan to leave New Zealand.
  • Acceptable photograph.
    • Between 500 KB and 3 MB.
    • Between 900 x 1,200 pixels and 2,250 x 3,000 pixels.
    • A JPG or JPEG file.
      • ※ The photo needs to be taken against a plain, light-colored background with no patterns or objects.

  • A copy of the Hong Kong ID and work permit of the applicant.
  • A copy of the Hong Kong ID of the employer.
  • A copy of the employment contract.
  • A guarantee of maintenance and accommodation by the employer.
  • A copy of the bank statement of the employer that shows sufficient funds (optional).
  • Proof of residence in New Zealand (hotel or other accommodation booking).
  • Ticket booking (round trip with the name of the helper).
  • Schedule of events in New Zealand.
