To obtain a POPS-BaM (Philippine Overseas Employment Administration Pre-Departure Orientation Seminar - Balik Manggagawa) exemption based on your previous records from BMOnline (2016-2021) or Labor Market (LB) records from May 2018 onwards, follow these steps:

Steps to Get POPS-BaM Exemption

  1. Login to DMW Online Service Portal here
  1. Click Let's Go!
  1. Click Balik-Manggagawa
  1. Input your flight date → Click Next
  1. The system will display your previous records, including employer, job site, and position.
  1. Confirm if you are returning to the same employer, job site, and position.
  1. If yes, you can print your POPS-BaM Exemption. If not, proceed to schedule a POPS-BaM appointment.
